People Strategy / Change Management

JOB SUMMARY

People Strategy Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions.  We strive to enhance our client's performance, productivity and profitability by leading and sustaining change initiatives to improve performance.  Responsibilities include, among others, working to identify and address the organizational and people implications of process and technology change. Our change management initiatives include mergers and restructurings, new strategy, workforce transition, new market focus and technology/process transformations.

Our Services include communications, training, cultural assessment/alignment, organizational design and all aspects of change management.  Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels.  They develop exposure and familiarity with multiple industries while achieving task and skill competence in the tool sets and services of the practices within the firm.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Operations Management and a major and overall minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0. The willingness and ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites are also required.
